Bio: Bob Flynn

Bob Flynn is the founder and managing partner of Bob Flynn, Inc. and an internationally respected authority on change management, tactical and strategic selling, sales negotiation, executive coaching, influencing others, personal development and employee motivation.

He has developed and led workshops throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. Bob has designed numerous programs that have generated millions of dollars for PeopleWorks clients.

Mr. Flynn has taught for more than 25 years in both the academic and business worlds. He has helped thousands of senior officials, engineers, marketers, sales executives and managers improve performance by providing unique, practical, down-to-earth techniques that work. Additionally, he has developed training for and consulted with over 200 organizations including: Shell, ABB, Panasonic, Qualcomm, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Kraton Polymers, Trimac Transportation, Ingersoll-Rand, The United States Postal Service, The American Heart Association, The Army Corps of Engineers, Dryden Space Center, NASA and Bechtel.

Prior to founding Bob Flynn, Inc., he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Overnite Transportation Company where he led the organization to over one billion dollars in sales. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he founded Overnite Professional Development Institute and personally developed and delivered the key components of training.

Bob is the author of The 12 Absolutes of Personal Effectiveness, an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond’s Management Institute, a popular speaker at regional and national conferences and a Certified Professional Consultant.
